Dr. Justin Binik-Thomas is an experienced director in lifecycle administration. He leads and coaches contracts, proposals, and regulatory teams to work harmoniously to maximize impact and improve lives. Dr. Binik-Thomas regularly presents to leadership at all levels to outline planning and performance, particularly regarding merger and acquisition activity and performance measurement. Dr. B-T serves as subject matter expert, legal liaison, and task force chair. His research focus is on research accessibility, ethical contracting, and financial stability.
