Roshini Moodley Naidoo

Dr. Roshini Moodley Naidoo is a physician, and a Professor of Practice at the College of Health Solutions. Dr Moodley Naidoo serves as a Senior Fellow at the Mossavar-Rahmini Center for Business and Government at the Harvard Kennedy School.  She is a global Health Care Executive and experienced practitioner, with commercial expertise in health care financing, risk management, population health management, value-based payment systems, and health care digitalization. Dr. Moodley Naidoo led several transformative health care industry initiatives, involving the use of real-time data to support work place decision-making, innovative funding models to manage risk, and new digital technologies to create value within health care systems. Dr. Moodley Naidoo worked as a clinician in hospitals in Africa and Europe. Dr. Moodley Naidoo served as a Fellow with the Leapfrog Group, the global specialist in health care quality improvement through transparency of measurement and public reporting of outcomes of care. Dr. Moodley Naidoo participates in an international thought leadership forum of experts from leading health care organizations, transforming health care through Patient Reported Outcomes (PROMs) methods and tools. As a Harvard Business School Service Leadership Fellow, Dr. Moodley Naidoo led a unique social and economic impact study for Oxfam America in partnership with The Coca Cola Company and SAB Miller and profiled by the UN Global Compact. Dr. Moodley Naidoo's research includes Health Care Equity, value based care financing instruments, and the use of big data predictive models within operational work flows. Dr. Moodley Naidoo holds a Master in Public Health (MPH) from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School where she achieved second year honors. Dr. Moodley Naidoo is a Board Director and Chairperson of the Finance and Administration Committee of a global non-profit public health research organization.
