Amin Mojiri earned his PhD in Environmental Engineering from the University of Science Malaysia in 2015. Prior to joining ASU as an Assistant Research Professor in 2024, he held the position of Assistant Professor at Hiroshima University (Japan). With a prolific academic career, Amin has made significant contributions to the field, publishing over 100 papers in esteemed international journals. His expertise extends to serving as an associate editor and editorial board member for reputable publishers, including Elsevier, MDPI, and Frontiers. Recognized for his outstanding contributions, Amin has received international accolades, including the prestigious JSPS fellowship. His research focuses on the treatment of water and wastewater, water quality, emerging contaminants, and Atmospheric Water Harvesting.
