Amin Mojiri earned his PhD in Environmental Engineering from the University of Science Malaysia in 2015. Before joining Arizona State University as an Assistant Research Professor in 2024, he served as an Assistant Professor at Hiroshima University in Japan. Amin has had a distinguished academic career, publishing over 100 papers in prestigious international journals. His expertise is recognized widely, with roles as an associate editor and editorial board member for leading publishers like Elsevier, MDPI, and Frontiers. Amin has been honored with several international awards, including the prestigious JSPS fellowship. His research primarily focuses on water and wastewater treatment, water quality, emerging contaminants, and Atmospheric Water Harvesting.
