I am a first year PhD student in SHESC studying early hominin dental evolution, with a specific focus on South African Plio-Pleistocene hominins. My Masters thesis will examine the shape of the enamel-dentine junction in these hominins in order to contribution to taxonomic identification in the fossil record.
I am a member of the Schwartz Lab and also work on primate and hominin dental development, function, and structure.
