Long Bio
My work spans AI agents, biomedical machine learning, and computational biology. I am working on building trustworthy AI systems and applying deep learning to solve complex biological problems. I have also worked on fine-tuning deep learning models for out-of-distribution tasks, created custom biological transformer models and optimizer/parallelization research in large language models.
