In his professional life, William Noorlag is a divorce mediator, and after graduating from law school with a Juris Doctorate in 2023, he became dedicated to the mediation process with a vision of creating value for families. William believes that mediation is the stepping stone to resolution, and that the mediation process can facilitate a win-win situation for all parties. William also believes that creating a mutually accepted agreement in an amicable fashion is much better than going through the litigation process since litigation is an adversarial process that may leave the parties bitter and resentful.
In his personal life, William enjoys his time reading books by some of his favorite authors, including but not limited to, Daniel J. Siegel, Oliver Sacks, and Henry S. Brock. William also has a passion for real estate and real estate development, and prior to graduating from law school, William worked as a real estate agent in the state of New York where he closed three deals a month on average during his first year in the industry.
As a divorce mediator, William explores options for mutual gain, he focuses on interests, he uses objective criteria, and he separates people from their problems. His goal is to help families find acceptable solutions by transforming ideas into options, and options into agreement.
