Amanda Goodman is a communications professional and multimedia storyteller with more than 15 years of experience crafting clear, engaging stories for a wide range of audiences.
She spent more than a decade working in local news, where she developed a strong foundation in reporting, video storytelling, and translating complex topics into accessible, audience-focused content. Her reporting frequently led to increasing public awareness, community action and meaningful change.
She now serves as assistant director of communications for ASU Health, where she leads storytelling efforts that showcase the people and work driving the university’s health mission.
Her work focuses on elevating student voices, amplifying faculty expertise, and highlighting innovative research across ASU Health’s academic units. Through strategic, multimedia content, she helps bring the impact of ASU Health to life for the public.
