Dennis Marsollier serves as the Principal Media Specialist and Instructional Professional for the Interdisciplinary Arts and Performance (IAP) program at the West Valley Campus of Arizona State University. His work is deeply rooted in an interdisciplinary approach that integrates sound, video, and music production, aiming to bridge various artistic disciplines through technology.
Mr. Marsollier completed his B.A. in Interdisciplinary Arts and Performance at Arizona State University, where he developed a foundational understanding of integrating diverse artistic practices. He furthered his expertise with a Master’s degree in Educational Technology from Northern Arizona University, equipping him with advanced skills to incorporate technological advancements into educational frameworks.
In his current role, Dennis is dedicated to transforming the learning environment by integrating emerging technologies that foster creative synergy across multiple art forms. His extensive teaching career spans over two decades, during which he has delivered instruction in subjects such as Multi-Track Audio Recording, Advanced Audio Production, Digital Editing for Video and Film, Documentaries, Disc Authoring, and Media Output Distribution. His courses are designed to provide students with a comprehensive skill set essential for success in the evolving landscape of media production.
Dennis also manages the IAP Media Lab and Sound Recording Studio, overseeing these facilities to ensure they remain cutting-edge and conducive to both student learning and creative experimentation. His role involves not only the maintenance and operation of these resources but also the development of new projects and initiatives that enhance the educational experience.
