Long Bio
Mindy West is a Clinical Professor and the Faculty Coordinator for the Human Resource Management major. After completing her Ph.D. in Human Resource Management at Arizona State University, she joined the W. P. Carey faculty in 2008. Her research interests include international human resources, employee turnover, and legal issues in human resource management. She contributes to The Wall Street Journal weekly review in International Business. She was a Wall Street Journal Distinguished Professor Award recipient in 2009 and received two teaching awards from ASU while in her doctoral program. Professor West is active in the Society for Human Resource Management of Greater Phoenix and serves on the College Relations Committee.
