Long Bio
Sergey Nikitin’s research is focused on optimization, control, automation and related computational methods. His most recent work presents the discovery of new numerical procedure of finding global extrema (Leap Gradient Algorithm). Much effort is dedicated to applying newly discovered mathematical methods to real world applications, in particular in finance and computer science. The software platform was developed (see http://i-oblako.org) in order to test and rapidly implement automation and control algorithm for wide verity of applications.
