My research centers around corporate governance, with a particular focus on issues of uncertainty and information asymmetry between managers and shareholders. As such, I apply both financial and sociological theories, examining whether markets are rational or socially constructed. Recently, my research topics have included the effects of reputation, signaling, new strategies (such as Reverse Mergers), and behavioral strategy.
