Joyce Martin is Associate Librarian and head of the Social Sciences Division team for Arizona State University (ASU) Library. Joyce contributes to the future of the library profession by providing internship and mentoring opportunities to emerging professionals and is an active peer reviewer for The Journal of Academic Librarianship. The author of several successful grant proposals, Joyce most recently collaborated with ASU faculty and Distinctive Collections and Archives on Digitization and Metadata Creation: Carlos Montezuma Papers funded by the Arizona State Historical Records Advisory Board. Joyce holds memberships in the Arizona Library Association, the American Library Association, and the Association of College and Research Libraries, and is an active member of Phi Beta Kappa.
