Caryn Unterschuetz is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation (Edson) (CONHI) at Arizona State University (ASU). She is the Internship Coordinator for non-clinical baccalaureate degrees and Master of Health Innovation students and teaches undergraduate and graduate health innovation courses. Before joining ASU, Ms. Unterschuetz spent more than 35 years in the healthcare sector as an RN in staff and managerial roles. In 2008, she graduated in the first cohort of CONHI’s Master of Healthcare Innovation program, a unique interdisciplinary program that prepares students to lead transformation in health care. She remains deeply committed to effective change management and her belief that there is usually more than one right answer to most equations.
