Sam Wilkins is an undergraduate studying Biotech and Applied Math at the West campus. He works in the Casa Del Valle residence hall as a Community Assistant, and performs research alongside faculty on the West Valley campus
Goryll's areas of expertise include Si and SiGe Chemical Vapor Deposition, self-organization phenomena during semiconductor growth, surface and interface physics, strain in semiconductors, new materials in CMOS processing.
