Thornton's research interests include ultra-wide bandgap semiconductor devices, diamond electronics for high power RF integrated circuits, and silicon-on-insulator MESFETs.
A central theme in the Dey lab is on the understanding and control of the inter-relationships between processing-nanostructure-property-reliability.
Education
Dr. Wendy Nance is an Assistant Clinical Professor for MLFTC. Her experience spanned four Arizona districts as teacher, principal, Executive Director, Assistant Superintendent, and Associate Superintendent.
