Materials scientist with interests in linking structural chemistry and thermodynamics of bulk and nano chalcogenides with geological and industrial applications

Susarla joined ASU in fall 2022. She has expertise in the area of electron microscopy where explores the structure-property relationship in quantum and semiconducting materials.

Kalarickal's research focuses on epitaxial growth and device engineering of wide and ultra-wide band gap semiconductors for application in next generation power switching and RF/mm-wave electronics.
