Shea serves as the Director of Staff Operations for the Downtown community in Barrett, The Honors College. He has dedicated his career to motivating students through sustainability education, holistic wellness exploration, and social justice initiatives.

Tachine's service and scholarly work have been recognized by U.S. President Barack Obama as a Champion of Change and the National Academy of Education/Spencer Foundation.

Dillingham's research examines anticolonial politics, educational and development policy, and labor and youth-led social movements in 20th-century Mexico.
