Morgan Sims, PhD, is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Writers' Studio who empowers first-year students through community-based primary research projects that connect their writing to real-world contexts.

Pete Figler defended his PhD from The University of Arizona in 2017. He has taught college since 2003 and has won four teaching awards at three different institutions.

Dr. Heather Moulton teaches and loves composition and American Literature. She lives in Chandler, Arizona, with her rescue dogs.

Kelly McElwain earned her BA from the University of San Diego and her MA from ASU. She teaches ENG 101 in the Writers' Studio, a fully online first-year composition program in the College of Interactive Sciences and Arts.

Cedric Burrows researches Black rhetoric and its reception by mainstream audiences.

Sarah Yaron, MFA. is a Faculty Associate at The Writers' Studio at Arizona State University where she teaches English 101. She is also Adjunct Faculty at Scottsdale Community College and Glendale Community College.
