My research enhances engineering participation by addressing issues of access and persistence focusing on the barriers minoritized students face and supporting their engagement and success.

Dr. Bawn is the Interim Dean of Students at ASU Poly. She provides strategic leadership to develop impactful programs that support student success, retention, inclusive excellence, affinity, leadership, and civic engagement.
