Herminia "Meenah" Rincon is Public Relations Manager at EdPlus at ASU, leading strategic communications for the ASU Online portfolio. Passionate about serving her community, she brings more than 20 years of public service and more than a decade in communications and public relations, with deep expertise in media relations, strategic messaging, and crisis communications. A recognized leader in higher education communications, Rincon advances access to online education and strengthens institutional priorities through evidence-driven campaigns, cross-unit collaboration, and stakeholder engagement. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Public Relations Society of America, Phoenix Chapter, currently as Ethics Chair, and is a multiple recipient of Phoenix PRSA Copper Anvil Awards for excellence in public relations. She holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University.
