Rose Farmer has been a Sun Devil since 1995! She earned both her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Communication from Arizona State University. Discovering her love and passion for teaching during graduate school, Rose has continued to teach a variety of communication courses for close to 20 years! Her specialty is interpersonal and relational communication. She was a recipient of the Outstanding Master’s Teaching Award and has been recognized by the Vice President of Student Affairs, the President of ASU and Disability Resources for Students as an excellent instructor with a dedicated commitment to education. She is also recognized as a member of the Barrett Honors Faculty, working with many honors students over the years. In 2021, Rose was also chosen to be featured in the ASU Teaching Showcase as an outstanding faculty member that teaches via ASU Sync, demonstrating her flexibility and adaptibility during the COVID-19 pandemic.
