A passionate Public Health Professional who is driven to see all individuals live to be their best selves. Utilizes evidence-based approaches to enhance academic student success. Through the adoption of the Socio-ecological Model, healthy lifestyle choices are promoted at the individual, group, and community levels. Areas of expertise are overall well-being with a specific emphasis on alcohol and other drug prevention, intervention, and recovery support initiatives. Promotes the C3 Program across ASU, that encourages all student facing faculty, staff, and student leaders to utilize compassionate communication that leads to connections in efforts to support success. Has successfully written and management grant-funded programs. Strong program evaluation skills in building assessment strategies to determine short and long-term impact. Data analyzer who is able to review data and craft reports.
Experienced working in various aspects of the health care industry (higher education, long-term care, correctional healthcare, tissue banking) honing skills in facilitation, mediation, regulation and compliance, marketing and sales, inventory supply chain management, policy development, and health education programming.
