Long Bio
Janice Connell is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She has a bachelor's degree in nutrition from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in nutrition from California State University, Los Angeles.
During the first third of her career, she worked as clinical dietitian for hospitals, government nutrition programs, corporate wellness programs, managed care organizations and physician groups.
Next, she entered the pharmaceutical industry as a national account manager and developed disease management programs. She called on physicians, specialists, Pharm. D.s, Medical Directors, Vice Presidents and CEOs of various Managed Care companies.
For the past 11 years, Connell has taught at ASU, Phoenix College and Central Arizona College. Her passion is helping students launch their healthcare careers and helping people learn how to implement a healthy lifestyle to prevent, delay or minimize chronic disease during their lifetime.
