Sharon Grant is a strategic and collaborative organizational change leader with over 25 years of experience driving transformation in high-performing, solutions-focused organizations, including more than a decade in higher education. She specializes in transformational change management, communications readiness, and stakeholder engagement, consistently fostering buy-in across all levels of the change continuum.
Sharon brings expertise in developing and executing comprehensive change strategies, including change management plans, communication frameworks, training programs, and change roadmaps. Her strong analytical skills enable her to synthesize complex data into actionable insights, while her creative communication capabilities span digital content, presentations, campaigns, and multimedia collateral.
She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology. Sharon is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) through ACMP, a Prosci Certified Practitioner and Train-the-Trainer, and is certified in Strategic Foresight process by the University of Houston and TSFX.
