Dallin Overstreet is a PhD candidate in the School of Public Affairs. His research focuses on topics in public policy, public administration, and public finance, with a particular focus on the US unemployment insurance system and fiscal federalism.
Dallin has published several articles in peer reviewed journals, including Public Budgeting & Finance, Public Finance Review, Urban Affairs Review, and Economic Affairs.
