Singla's research focuses on public financial management at the state and local level, with a specific focus on municipal debt markets as well as local government financial health.

Dallin Overstreet is a PhD candidate in the School of Public Affairs. His research focuses on topics in public policy, public administration, and public finance.

Max Goshert serves as the executive director of ASU's Enterprise Policy Analysis Group. He is also pursing his PhD in Public Administration and Policy at ASU.
