Keith Hollinger is a Senior Lecturer of Social Sciences and serves as the Director of Undergraduate Studies for the CISA-Social Sciences at the Arizona State University Polytechnic campus. He holds a doctorate in governance and globalization, a Master of Arts in political science, and a Bachelor of Science in economics with an international concentration. Keith holds certificates in distance and distributed education and is trained in the creation of QM Rubric Certified online courses.
Keith is responsible for the development of Community and industry partnerships in the East Salt River Valley and across the state, crate internship and funding opportunities for students.
Keith is dedicated to promoting cultural and ecological awareness and preservation as well as supporting the local non-profit community. Keith works with local non-profits and businesses to create public education and professional training courses He also consults with non-profits to create online classes that deliver K12 Arizona Education developed by non-profit groups to teachers as Continuing and professional education classes.
Keith teaches courses on: Political Science and Science, Technology, and Society, including Global Technology and Development; Global Issues in Science and Technology; Science, Technology, and Global Engagement; Cultivating Technology in Newly Developing Countries; Current Issues in International Politics; Information Technology and Globalization; and Technology in Developing Countries. He previously taught as an adjunct professor of Political Science at Virginia Polytechnic and State University
Keith employs experiential learning as a central teaching and learning mode in his classes. He has created numerous simulations for analytical problem solving, outcome prediction, and strategic planning and has conducted real time conflict analysis for ongoing civil and interstate conflicts around the world in collaboration with groups of students. The analyses employ a non-expert analyst perspective to create alternative perspectives on conflicts and competition that trained analysts might be blind to identifying.
Keith Hollinger's overarching expertise lies in the strategic analysis of events and conditions to predict possible outcomes and develop strategic and resilient solutions that rely on local capacity to build sustainable communities, organizations, and groups

Keith Hollinger's creative pursuits have been focused on analytical modelling and training in the classroom setting. Keith developed the Integrative Social Science Global System simulation and employs experiential learning strategies in online, face to face, remote synchronized, and Hybrid courses. Students in Keith’s classes engage in analytical simulations of real-world situations involving security, conflict, peacebuilding, development, and solving local problems with global causes. Students engage in the analysis of complex real world situations using tools from intelligence analysis, business strategic planning, peacebuilding analyses, disaster planning, sustainable development, and other strategic analytical and predictive fields.

Keith Hollinger is an experienced curriculum designer, with experience ranging from the creation and revision of new degrees, to creating individual courses, to creating public and professional educational courses. Keith is trained in the QM rubric, online and distance learning, adult education, and public education.
Keith volunteers his curriculum design skills in support of local non-profits seeking to bring existing curriculum to an online audience, or to create new curriculum in collaboration with teams

Arizona Project Archaeology, creating an online delivery course for the Project Arcaheology:Investigating Shelters Teacher's workshop. The workshop prepared 3rd to 5th grade Arizona teachers to deliver a social sicence and humanites module that integrates a numbe of the state standards into a single series of lessons on the preservtion of Arizona's Arachaeological resources.
Site Stewards Program, served on the planning Committee for the Arizona Site Stewards annual Conference. and working with the program to develop volunteer training and cultural sensitivity and awareness opportunities.
