Mary Lajoie Plutnicki

Molly Lajoie is an award winning choreographer and has choreographed extensively throughout the valley at most of the professional theatres.  She has choreographed for Phoenix Theatre, Childsplay, Arizona Opera, Phoenix Symphony, Arizona Broadway Theatre, Black Theatre Troupe, Arizona State University, TheatreWorks, Valley Youth Theatre, Greasepaint, and Prather Entertainment.  Three of her shows have been on national tour.  She has also worked as a director and performer in the valley as well as around the country in youth and professional theatre.  Some of her favorite shows choreographed include A Chorus Line, Gypsy, The Producers, Rock the Presidents, Children of Eden, School House Rock Live and Rusalka.  Some of her favorite performing roles include White Christmas (Judy), A Chorus Line (Cassie, Val), Cats (Victoria),  Godspell (Molly), Company (Susan), The Three Javelins (Josefina), Beauty and the Beast (Babette), Seussical the Musical (Bird Girl), Molly Sweeney (Molly) She was also a featured singer for An Evening with Rogers and Hammerstein with the Phoenix Symphony.  Lajoie is a teaching artist for Childsplay for both their summer programs as well as residencies.  She also teaches for Phoenix Theatre’s Summer of Dance program and started her own company Fall into Dance to continue to bring adult dance classes to the valley throughout the year.  Lajoie is represented by Dani’s Agency.
