Natalie is the Director for the MS Nursing programs in the Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation. Prior to this role, she served as Director and Associate Director of the RN-BSN and CEP programs from 2019-2024. She started with ASU in 2015, working first in the pre-licensure nursing program, and transitioning to the RN-BSN program in 2018. In her clinical practice, Natalie is a critical care nurse, with the majority of her career spent in the Emergency Department/Trauma Room. She currently works per diem in Emergency Departments around the valley. She holds an MSN in Nursing Education from ASU, and a DNP in Innovation Leadership also from ASU. Natalie is also a certified nurse educator.
