Long Bio
As Director of Academic Enterprise, her work includes collaborating with and being a thought partner to the Associate Dean, Edson faculty, and all higher education professionals to accomplish college goals and initiatives. Her role includes leading vital projects and initiatives such as managing curricular actions, academic planning, assessment, and accreditation processes to ensure alignment with university practices. Review, manage and enhance program effectiveness for student outcomes and institutional compliance. Monique attended Arizona State University for her undergraduate studies and obtained her master’s degree in organizational leadership with an emphasis in project management through Northern Arizona University. She is currently pursuing her Doctoral degree in Leadership and Innovation at ASU. Her role at Edson allows her to work on various project teams to provide leadership and program management insight to assist in reaching goals, outcomes and accreditation standards. Monique has a passion for higher education learning and providing opportunities to learners of all ages seeking to better further their understanding on topics and achieving personal growth.

Research Interests
Monique's research focuses on utilizing Communities of Practice to support persistence and belonging in undergraduate degree programs among first-year, first-generation college students.

High school graduates, admitted and enrolled to Arizona State University as first-generation college students.

Development of personal Zine narratives through a week-long intensive workshop series.
