Madison is a UX Researcher at EdPlus responsible for improving current and prospective student experiences through user-driven enhancements. Her work involves conducting research for large-scale products like ASU Online, Starbucks, Uber, Dreamscape, Air Force, Soft Profile, among others. As the EdPlus User Experience team is focused on user-centered design, Madison works closely with the Design and Development teams to provide learner insights for user and data-driven decisions.
The UX Research team employs a wide breadth of research methodologies to understand the learner journeys through various digital experiences. Madison's primary work includes user testing live sites and prototypes, conducting surveys, reviewing user recordings, AB testing, and analytics analysis. Alongside the UX Research team, she utilizes tools like UserTesting.com, Hotjar, Fullstory, Qualtrics, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, among others to understand and empathize with learners. Research insights gained through these methodologies provide an understanding of user needs that inform the creation of beautiful and seamless experiences.
