Since coming to ASU in January of 2016, Adam Pacton has helped to create pathways to educational access for online students. He has developed and facilitated massive open online courses (MOOCs), advised on the creation Study Hall and Crash Course YouTube playlists, and worked with faculty in Writers' Studio to deliver innovative instruction in college composition. His research and teaching interests are directed at bridging personalization and scale in writing instruction.
Dr. Pacton is a lecturer with the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts and is the English 105 Course Coordinator in the Writers' Studio. He received an ASU President's Award for Innovation in 2017 and 2021.
