Caitlyn Zang, PhD, is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Associate Director of the Baccalaureate Health Programs for Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation at Arizona State University. She joined the Sun Devil family in March of 2016 and currently serves as a Course Coordinator, overseeing multiple courses to ensure alignment with the Baccalaureate Health Programs' strategic goals. With a PhD in Higher Education from Azusa Pacific University, Dr. Zang’s research focuses on student success, sexual assault prevention, fraternity and sorority life, and women in leadership.
Dr. Zang is an accomplished higher education professional with over 15 years of experience in Student Affairs, academic program development, and strategic planning. She brings expertise in faculty development, curriculum design, and cross-functional collaboration. Her experience includes leading initiatives to enhance student retention, supporting faculty growth, and contributing to the academic success of diverse student populations. Known for her ability to create impactful academic and co-curricular programs, Dr. Zang is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment at Edson College.
