Long Bio
Keith Johnson has taught Spanish language and linguistics at all levels for more than 20 years, and has taught all levels of Portuguese, including Portuguese for Spanish speakers, for 18 years. He served as coordinator of first- and second-year Spanish for 10 years at another institution where he tripled the size of the Graduate Teaching Associate program in an effort to allow master's students to professionalize their degrees in preparation for further graduate studies or for the local job market, and is currently coordinator of 100 and 200-level hybrid and iCourse Spanish at ASU. He has given invited talks at different institutions and has given presentations at numerous conferences.
