John Cirucci is a chemical engineer, process technologist and geospatial analyst, with emphasis in the energy and environmental domains. He is an adjunct professor at Arizona State University and the ASU Center for Negative Carbon Emissions, developing CO2 capture and energy storage technologies. Concurrently, he is the Principal at VerdeTek, providing process development and design engineering services in decarbonization, energy transition, and semiconductor fields. Previously, he worked at Air Products in corporate exploratory technology and process development. He held previous positions as process engineering manager and engineering technology manager for the Electronics Division, staff engineer in the Chief Engineers Office and gas applications development engineer.
John is a Fellow and past Board Director of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers. He serves on the AIChE Public Affairs & Information Committee. He is an active member of Engineers Without Borders – USA, involved in humanitarian development projects in Africa and Central America.
