Eric Gumpricht is a mechanistic-based scientist with 30 years of experience in academia and the private sector. He received his Ph.D. from Pennsylvania State University, focusing on vitamin E, biochemical toxicology, and enzymology. He obtained a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, where he conducted ten years of research involving mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative stress, and mechanisms of cell death pathways.
Currently, he is the Director of Research and Science at Isagenix International, a health and wellness company specializing in healthy weight loss with intermittent fasting. His responsibilities include overseeing the company’s research study program (clinical and experimental studies), scientific claims and product development support, and consumer product education.
