W. P. Carey School of Business
Over the years, I've built a strong foundation in education leadership and leading strategic initiatives, bridging academic leadership, educator workforce development, professional learning, and business expertise. As Director of Professional Learning at Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College at ASU, I lead the business planning and operations, design, delivery, and enhancement of professional learning offerings, transforming them into market-ready products and services.
My ability to turn strategic vision into action, develop scalable solutions, and forge strategic partnerships has established me as a trusted collaborator within ASU and with external partners. My leadership at ASU leverages strategic planning, market analysis, business development, and cross-functional collaboration to craft impactful learning programs.
My career began in K12 public schools in 2000, driven by a passion for innovation in teaching and learning. Since 2006, I've focused on higher education, shaping and supporting the educator workforce. I believe our education system must evolve to foster creative and critical thinkers for a rapidly changing, tech-driven, global world. My passion lies in building a future-ready educator workforce by anticipating problems, generating solutions, and driving leadership and innovation.
Originally from Grayslake, Illinois, I've lived in Phoenix, Arizona, since 1995. I balance professional dedication with family time, enjoying activities like dog park visits, reading, and travel.
My expertise includes educator workforce development, professional learning, strategic partnership development, operational efficiency, innovative learning design, cross-team collaboration, leadership, strategic planning, and market analysis.
