Long Bio

Kaitlyn Begay, an alumna of Arizona State University’s College of Integrative Arts and Sciences, was raised in Gilbert, Arizona, a small town in the East Valley. She proudly represents her Native American heritage through her academic endeavors and community outreach initiatives.

Within the Sun Devil community, Begay has been actively involved with American Indian Services, participated in the Tribal Nation’s Tour in 2019 and 2024, and served as an intern for the Women’s Coalition. After earning her bachelor's degree in Communication, she has gained extensive experience working with various levels of management in both corporate and institutional settings.

Currently, Begay holds the position of First-Year Recruitment Coordinator for Arizona State University’s Admission Services. In addition, she is pursuing a master's degree in Communication from Arizona State University's College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
