Long Bio
Grace Beall (Haverstock) is a graduate student in the School of Earth and Space Exploration studying astronomy & astrophysics and researching science education. She graduated from ASU with her Bachelor's in Political Science(2021). After doing so, Beall went on to get an Associate's in Astronomy(2022) and an Associate's in Physics(2022) from Phoenix College. As a graduate student at ASU, she researches astronomy education with Dr. Molly Simon. More specifically, she is interested in the effects of adaptive learning technology on quantitative literacy and overall course performance.
Beall's other research interests include assessment design and development, educational policy, educational politics, measurement and statistics in education, and research methods.
