Jace serves as the Assistant Director of Development for Moonshot & Science Philanthropy at the ASU Foundation. In this capacity, he focuses on supporting the advancement of transformative research and innovation at Arizona State University, particularly in the areas of sustainability, advanced technology, health, space, and national security. Jace works to engage a diverse range of stakeholders, including individuals, corporations, and foundations, to drive philanthropic investment in ASU’s Knowledge Enterprise. He collaborates closely with academic leaders and research teams to advance strategic initiatives and ensure the success of ASU's Moonshot and Science Philanthropy efforts.
Before joining ASU Foundation, Jace held the position of Coordinator Senior, AZ R3, at Access ASU within Arizona State University. In this role, his primary focus was on providing adept leadership and robust support for the successful implementation of an academic intervention support model across local elementary, middle, and high schools. This initiative was established by the AZ R3 grant and led by the team at Access ASU.
Preceding his tenure at Access ASU, Jace gained valuable experience as a Qualitative Management Intern at the Action Lab within EdPlus. During this period, he contributed to the research efforts aimed at enhancing student persistence and achievement on a large scale through transformative projects and innovative learning prototypes. His involvement encompassed various research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, and subsequent analyses, showcasing his proficiency in mixed-method approaches.
