Shirly Montero is an assistant professor in the School of Mathematical and Natural Sciences. Her research draws from the fields of forensic chemistry, machine learning, data visualization, and cognitive science, providing an enriched interdisciplinary approach for finding sustainable solutions to strengthen the criminal justice system.
