My professional focus centers on the intersection of sustainability and technology, with a keen interest in roles related to data analysis, IT project management, and sustainable business practices. Leveraging my background in business sustainability and IT, I am well-equipped for positions that involve contributing to sustainable technology solutions or initiatives. I am also open to exploring opportunities in healthcare informatics, renewable energy technology, or environmental data analytics.
In my present capacity, I am tasked with providing guidance for my peers, offering coaching, and collaborating with management to align strategies with company goals. My skill set includes strong coaching abilities, adaptability, and a deep awareness of industry trends. Additionally, I facilitate the transition of brokers and teams into Wise Agent CRM through Zoom meetings and training webinars.
In my previous role at Target, I excelled as a Fulfillment Leadership Apprentice, Trainer, and Pace Setter, consistently achieving high rankings in productivity metrics. My monthly pick rate averaged over 5,000 units, maintaining a commendable pace of 110-132+ units per hour. As a fulfillment trainer, I provided comprehensive training that significantly contributed to positive metrics, surpassing company goals.
Beyond the professional realm, I am a full-time business major at the W.P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University. My dedication to business has been evident throughout my life, from creating "faux" websites as a child to pursuing college-level business courses in high school.

Wise Agent CRM: Client Success Specialist and Technical Support
Target: Fulfillment Team Member, Pace Setter, & Trainer
Wise Agent CRM: I am responsible for delivering prompt and efficient technical and customer support to our members. I accomplish this by troubleshooting platform issues with our members, addressing client inquiries, and providing valuable guidance on how to leverage the platform's features effectively.
In addition to this, I collaborate closely with brokers and their teams to facilitate their seamless and efficient transition into Wise Agent CRM. I also conduct multiple one-on-one Zoom meetings and group training webinars every week, where I assist potential, new, and existing clients and teams set up their accounts, demonstrate the various capabilities of our CRM, and deliver guidance & insight on various aspects of the platform.
