Long Bio
I am an anthropological archaeologist who is interested in using Early Maya ceramic networks to examine the formation, structuration, and evolution of communities of practice. Generally, I am interested in macroscopic, microscopic, chemical, and iconographic ceramic analyses, Mesoamerican and Southwestern US civilizations, and the ‘structure vs. agency’ debate within the social sciences. I have several years of Cultural Resource Management experience in the U.S. Southwest and Southeast, both field teching and field directing.
