-
How can a mentoring program impact the professional skills of first year teachers?
-
How can we better prepare first year teachers to conceptually understand the impact classroom climate has on student achievement?
Current Research Project:
As an educator in teacher preparation, Cocchiarella and her colleagues are interested in examining mentor/induction support for new teachers. Planning for this project is at a very preliminary stage.
