Long Bio
Susan Miller is an associate professor in the School of Public Affairs. Broadly, her research explores the consequences of institutional and program design for policy implementation and outcomes. Her work has been published in journals such as the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Public Administration Review, and Political Research Quarterly, and supported by external funding, including a recent grant from Arnold Ventures. She has also held multiple leadership roles in the discipline, including serving as co-editor of the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory and president of the Midwest Public Administration Caucus.
