As a Masters student at Arizona State University specializing in Computer Science, I am deeply immersed in the fields of cloud services, data engineering, and educational mentoring. My academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, India. Now, at ASU, I'm not only broadening my technical knowledge but also contributing to the academic community.
My technical skills are extensive, encompassing cloud services like Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse Analytics. I am adept in frameworks and tools such as PySpark, Power BI, GitHub, Selenium, as well as languages like Python, Java, SQL, and Javascript, with database expertise in MongoDB and Cosmos DB.
In my role as a Graduate Service Assistant at ASU for CSE579 - Knowledge Representation, I have had the rewarding experience of evaluating and providing detailed feedback on over 200 student assignments, projects, and exams. This has not only contributed to the learning journey of these students but also enriched my understanding and proficiency in the subject. My time as a Teaching Assistant for CSE110 - Principles of Programming in JAVA has been equally fulfilling, lecturing and guiding 155 students through their lab sessions and study halls.
My professional experience also includes an internship at U.N.I.Q Cloud Technologies, where I gained hands-on experience in configuring and managing cloud environments using platforms like Azure and AWS. This role was instrumental in enhancing my skills in data processing, storage, and security within cloud environments.
My journey in computer science is marked by a constant strive for knowledge, practical application, and a dedication to sharing this knowledge with others. Whether it's through my role as a teaching assistant, my professional experiences, or my project work, my aim is to continually expand my expertise in data engineering, cloud services, and business intelligence, thereby contributing meaningfully to this ever-evolving field.
