Ferenc "Xan" Feher is a Business Intelligence Developer with Knowledge Enterprise at Arizona State University. As a member of the analytics team, he creates advanced tableau reports, maintains data tables, writes in-depth analysis reports for senior leadership, builds predictive models, and handles data requests from across the university. He was the champion of ASU's first Sliced Data Competition and graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with his masters in Business Analytics. Xan is also a mentor at the Research Evaluation & Analytics Capacity Hub (REACH), training new members of analytics teams across the country. He is additionally going through training to become an ASU SUNlite Coach to help ASU employees build self-awareness, strengthen leadership skills, and work through goals and challenges that matter to them through peer-to-peer coaching.
Prior to this position, Xan was the Lead Tableau Developer at ASU's Graduate College where he created a vast suite of reports and visualizations for advisors, directors, and deans. Before working at ASU, Xan was a United State's Marine in charge of an aircraft maintenance department and flight-line operations.
