Before transitioning to higher education, Dr. Christian served as a Business and Criminal Justice Teacher at an all-girls Catholic college preparatory high school in Philadelphia, PA. In addition, he has dedicated over five years to at-risk teens and youth offenders through his employment and volunteer work in Pennsylvania and Louisiana. Dr. Christian is a native of the beautiful Caribbean Island of Jamaica. He served the Jamaica Constabulary Force for almost four years in intelligence, public information, traffic enforcement, special operations, and mounted patrol. Dr. Christian also served as a police officer in the state of Louisiana.
