With over two decades of experience spanning K-12 and higher education, he has dedicated his career to fostering student success, operational excellence, and innovative educational initiatives.
Dr. Washington currently serves as an Assistant Research Professor at Arizona State University’s Mary Lou Fulton College of Teaching and Learning Innovation, where he supports research and program growth for the Herberger Young Scholars Academy. Previously, as Director of In-Person Experiences at Johns Hopkins University’s Center for Talented Youth (CTY), he led the implementation of prestigious summer residential programs nationwide.
