Profiles in "Gifted Education" Expertise Area

  • Kimberly Lansdowne is the founding executive director of the Herberger Young Scholars Academy, a secondary school for highly gifted students at Arizona State University.
  • Teena Flesher is a clinical associate professor and a Division Strategist. Her background and research interests are gifted education, higher level thinking skills, and differentiation in the classroom.
  • Kelly McElwain earned her BA from the University of San Diego and her MA from ASU. She teaches ENG 101 in the Writers' Studio, a fully online first-year composition program in the College of Interactive Sciences and Arts.
